Submission Agreement and Release

I hereby submit my written response, photographs, and any other materials (collectively, "Materials") to the dadda? project and its organizers, curators, and collaborators (collectively, "Project Team") for possible inclusion in the exhibition, website, publications, archives, and related programming.

I represent that I am at least 18 years of age and that I have the full right and authority to submit the Materials. I grant the Project Team a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and archive the Materials in any media now known or later developed, including but not limited to gallery exhibitions, websites, social media, print, film, television, books, and educational materials.

I understand that the Project Team may edit, excerpt, anonymize, or otherwise modify the Materials—including names and identifying details—to protect privacy and for editorial purposes. I understand that children and other individuals who appear in submitted images will not be shown publicly in a clear or identifiable way. If I upload photographs that include a child or children, I understand that the Project Team will crop, blur, silhouette, or otherwise obscure each child's face or identifying features before any public use.

I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive payment or royalties for this submission or for any future use of the Materials by the Project Team.

I release and hold harmless the Project Team from any claims arising from the use of the Materials as described herein, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
